For anyone who watched the Reality Series "The Shot" on VH1, I was wondering what you thought of Maria winning?

I like Maria, but to me, Dean's shots looked way more like cover shots. Maria's location choice of on the rocks was interesting, but I didn't think the lighting was good. Dean's shots looked like Victoria Secret's usual style, and the model holding the necklace seemed to most encompass guilty pleasures.

I think they awarded the job to Maria because she's the most improved. Granted, she got a lot better. She also was way better with people then Dean. But based just on the shots, she didn't have them.

One of my husband's friends is a photographer. The 4 of us (Jozef the friend, Dan my husband, Katherine my daughter, and of course, me) have gone on a few outings where we were shooting.

I've never really talked to anyone outside of photography class about photography, aside from on here, and I must say, it is so refreshing. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only nut with a film camera. He's actually quite good. Take a look: [link]
